About The Position
As a Utility Porter, you will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the property while delivering exceptional guest service. Your attention to detail and professionalism will create WOW moments, enhance the guest experience and leave lasting impressions.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service, exceeding guest expectations by adhering to S.H.O.W. Service Basics.
- Maintain cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other required spaces.
- Operate professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment.
- Handle and clean biohazardous materials safely and efficiently.
- Replenish supplies as needed.
