Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and polished environment
• Service-driven mindset with an understanding of how cleanliness impacts the overall guest experience
• Reliable and flexible, able to work on-call shifts including weekends and holidays, with the ability to respond to coverage needs as they arise
• Experience with professional cleaning equipment preferred
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Health Card as required for the role

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areas
• Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
• Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
• Replenishes supplies when necessary
