About The Position

We are seeking a Utility Person to join our manufacturing department. In this role, you will support production operations by managing and distributing essential materials, maintaining workspace safety standards. You will be responsible for ensuring all tasks align with our strict quality management system.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred in a production setting.
  • Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality systems is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent comprehension.
  • Physical ability to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in a cleanroom environment.
  • Sharp vision to accurately read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect parts.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes up to 30 pounds, move equipment up to 30 pounds, and stand, bend, or reach for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Production Line: Obtain and distribute components, products, materials, and packaging directly to Operators.
  • Inventory Handling: Efficiently receive, store, account for, and distribute facility supplies.
  • Operational Support: Assist in sorting products.
  • Maintain Workspaces: Clean and maintain work areas to meet safety and housekeeping rules.
  • Follow Directives: Receive and comply with both verbal and written operational instructions.
  • Drive Quality: Ensure all work and parts conform strictly to the G&F quality management system.
  • Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to all company safety policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Team Flexibility: Complete additional related functions and assignments as needed.
