Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate equipment and perform physical work in an industrial environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Capability to troubleshoot basic operational issues and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn and support multiple plant functions.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production.
  • Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance activities.
  • Load, unload, and move materials using approved equipment and procedures.
  • Follow safety policies and proactively identify and report workplace hazards.
  • Assist plant operations and team members to meet production and quality goals.
