Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of skills to carry Utility department tasks.
Leadership and good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to transfer knowledge to others
Excellent attendance.
Self-starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits, effective at working independently
Safe working habits.
Must be proficient in all four classifications within 60 calendar days of being awarded the position
Must be available for overtime.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.

Nice To Haves

If early outs are available, given preference for one utility class per shift.
Receive Utility pay for Holidays and Vacations.
Have to be proficient at each production classification.

Responsibilities

Subject to being placed in any position on the Production floor including all four classifications (Insert, Demold, Offline, and Inspect / Repair.)
May be transferred from one job to another within the same shift.
