About The Position

Support daily plant operations to keep production running safely and efficiently. This role involves performing general labor tasks, assisting skilled trades and operators, and identifying potential issues within the plant.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Commitment to performing physically demanding work

Responsibilities

• Support daily plant operations to keep production running safely and efficiently
• Perform general labor tasks including cleanup, material handling, and housekeeping
• Assist skilled trades and operators with equipment and process support
• Identify and report safety, quality, or maintenance issues
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
