Requirements
- Possess and maintain a Class B CDL.
- Must be a Safety conscious driver.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and maneuver drums safely to individual trucks to deliver fuel by hand.
- Must be able to climb ladder, bend, squat, reach, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Be able to withstand heat and extreme weather.
- Must be able to keep a fast pace while maintaining accuracy, meeting delivery window time frames and dependable and reliable expectations.
- 1 year of truck driving experience.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Must be willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
- Be able to pass DOT drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Hazmat Endorsement preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload and secure products on truck.
- Safely deliver packaged products to customer sites.
- Keep truck clean at all times.
- Operate a forklift when needed.
- Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, corrective and preventative maintenance and document on the driver's truck inspection sheets.
- Maintain Drivers Daily Log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Obey all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
- Perform warehouse tasks on an as needed basis.
- Move inventory using a forklift.
- Load truck with deliveries.
