About The Position

The company is seeking a 1st Shift Utility Operator to assist in maintaining cut tables, operating glue and poly machines, labeling and packaging materials, and running grinders. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and supporting customer success through innovation and reliable supply chains.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Perform duties in compliance with all safety policies and practices.
Ensure compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area.
Understand the environmental aspects of the area and its control.
Understand the environmental impacts associated with their activities.
Follow all Environmental and Safety policies.
Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
