About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining product flow and relieving team members on the line for breaks and filling in during labor shortages while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible.
• Must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position.
