About The Position

Crown Holdings, Inc. designs and manufactures metal packaging solutions and products. The Utility Worker performs general labor, maintenance, and support tasks that help maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficient facility operations. The role supports the overall effectiveness of the manufacturing environment and reports directly to manufacturing floor supervision and management.

Requirements

• Pass pre-employment drug testing, a physical examination, and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a slitter to rework HFI coils.
• Perform general plant maintenance and housekeeping.
• Sort pallets.
• Crush drums.
• Support waste disposal and maintain the satellite drum and waste areas.
• Perform general EHS audits.
• Move, load, and unload materials, tools, and supplies.
• Operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand tools.
• Organize storage areas and maintain accurate inventory where applicable.
• Assist other departments with manual labor or task-based support as needed.
