Our Utility Material Handling Laborers safely perform the basic tasks required to support the Material Handling team at the Valero Facility and Terminal located in Port Arthur, TX. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have the ability to obtain a TWIC card
• Be able to read, write, and understand English and follow written and/or verbal instructions

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of outdoor labor, refinery, plant, or industrial preferred

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping duties, including shoveling, washing down work areas, and keeping offices, restrooms, break rooms, and work rooms clean and tidy
• Follow proper safety rules and operating procedures to support zero-tolerance safety objectives
• Complete and maintain required daily paperwork
• Assist maintenance personnel, as needed and directed
• Occasionally work in areas outside of your normal duties, when instructed by Supervision
