About The Position

We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our Production team as a Utility Operator at our Hatfield, PA facility. This role supports plant operations by maintaining clean, organized work areas, assisting with material handling, and ensuring waste and recycling processes are handled safely and efficiently.   • Basic math skills for measuring and verifying materials
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain clean work areas
  • No formal education or prior experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Break down drums and materials across various work areas by safely separating materials for processing or disposal
  • Change and replace drums or gaylords to ensure containers are swapped efficiently and production operations continue without interruption
  • Collect and transport plant waste to designated disposal areas
  • Load and manage recyclable materials to ensure proper segregation and disposal
  • Unload and stage pallets and gaylords to assist with receiving and material staging
  • Inspect skids and pallets to determine whether they can be reused or require disposal
  • Safely dispose of wastewater in designated areas following environmental procedures
  • Maintain plant cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, and general housekeeping to support 5S standards
  • Empty dust collectors and ventilator units and prepare waste for proper disposal
  • Fill oil containers for operators and distribute materials needed to support production activities
