Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery has full-time (40 hours/week) openings as a third shift 12 hour (4pm - 4am) Operator. $27.72 starting rate with 7-10% night differential added to base pay. Schedule for the 12 hour shift is a 4-on-4-off rotation. Eligible for increases every 6 months for the first two years of employment. This position works as part of a team, in an advance level capacity and will be cross trained in several production positions. The position will require the selected employee to cover a mix of the following as determined by production needs: Cheese Line Operator Packaging bulk cheddar (ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs, repetitively). Whey Packaging Operator Packaging bulk whey powders (ability to lift 50lbs, repetitively). Forklift operation required. Milk Receiving Unloading milk from tanker trucks. Working on top of trucks/Ok with heights required Forklift Operator Working with cheese line to put away all bulk cheddar into coolers. A key role within this position is to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and provide guidance to trainees and co-workers. Ensuring accurate records are maintained properly is essential. Must have demonstrated solid judgment abilities. Work flexibility is a must.
