Responsibilities

Conducting routine inspections and testing of water distribution and wastewater systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Operate and maintain equipment and machinery.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Assist in emergency response activities.
Assist the Work Crews in all activities involved in the maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and installation of the water distribution and wastewater collection systems, as well as any repairs.
Document daily activities.
Report any irregularities or maintenance needs.
Collaborate closely with team members to address customer inquiries and concerns.
Required to work as an essential employee before, during, and after an emergency or disaster.
