Utility Maintenance Technician

About The Position
The Utility Maintenance Technician safely and effectively supports facility maintenance to ensure buildings are properly maintained and comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The role assists maintenance staff with cleaning and degreasing equipment, uses lifts and hand tools, performs small mechanical tasks, follows lockout/tagout instructions, and wears appropriate personal protective equipment. The available shift is 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Complete pre-employment assessments.
- A year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance with cleaning and degreasing equipment as needed.
- Use scissor lifts and articulating lifts.
- Use hand tools and perform small mechanical tasks.
- Comply with lockout/tagout instructions.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment.
- Support facility upkeep and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
