About The Position

Building One is a full-service janitorial and maintenance company providing the products and services to meet the needs of Professional Property and Facility Managers. Requirements

Report to work on time, with no exceptions and have willingness to work extra hours as needed
Perform exceptional work with understanding of and adherence to job budgets
Possess strong attention to detail
Take pride in work product and outcomes
Ability to travel to work and if required to work at several locations, possess validate driving license with a record in good standing.
Ability to follow instructions and take direction
Ability to communicate effectively
Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

CCT or CCMT and FCT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Carpet extraction and cleaning
Floor burnishing
Strip & wax of VCT Floors
Strip & recoat of other floor surfaces (concrete, etc.)
Polish & refinish of precious stone and metal surfaces (granite, marble, brass, etc.)
Upholstery cleaning
Pressure washing
Exterior Window cleaning
Emergency response services (water & fire damage)
Remediation services (water, mold, etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned.
