We are looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented Utility Infrastructure Improvement Field Technician to join our Bridgeport, WV office. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of outdoor work-related experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Katapult Pro highly desired
- Knowledge of pole design including NESC requirements and general safety practices a plus
Responsibilities
- Work in all outdoor weather conditions year-round across residential, commercial, and industrial areas
- Perform extensive on-foot fieldwork, including walking, navigating varied terrain, and carrying objects up to 20 pounds
- Communicate effectively with property owners and internal and external stakeholders
- Use technology tools for data collection and a telescopic fiberglass measurement stick to accurately measure clearances on utility poles
- Collect field data and maintain accurate daily and weekly reports
- Travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required
