About The Position
Positions available for a self-starting, self-managing, motivated individual to lead a utility team in the installation of conduit systems and manholes. Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience. This is a working supervisor's position who will work "hands on" with your crew. Supervisors are expected to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Familiar with installation procedures for PVC and Fiberglass conduit.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead a utility team in the installation of conduit systems and manholes.
- Manage the use of heavy equipment by operators.
- Read drawings and be able to understand grade.
- Adhere and promote all company safety policies and procedures.
- Clearly fill out time sheets and cost coding along with daily work logs.
- Attend daily progress meetings as required.
