About The Position

Responsible for the daily maintenance of Utility equipment, formulate work instructions, organize the spare parts plan, and lead the overhual maintenance plan and preventive maintenance plan for the equipment.

Requirements

Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
1+ years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Bechelor's Degree or Higher (GED)
The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods.
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.
FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions.
DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are.
COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
FIELD OF VISION - Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software.
Properly connect the HVAC systems to supply lines and install the necessary electrical wiring;
Familiar with office software WORD, EXCELE, CAD;
Familiar with electric and mechanical knowledge;
Knowledge of health and safety guidelines when dealing with dangerous equipment or chemicals;
Understand heating and air-conditioning systems function;
Weld, assemble, and lubricate pipes;
Analyzed, diagnosed, and repaired electrical systems and integrated electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems on walkway and associated equipment

Nice To Haves

UPS and generator basic knowledge and trouble shooting skills prefered;
High voltage knowledges trouble shooting skills prefered;

Responsibilities

The operation process of Utility system equipment, responsible for the operation inspection, maintenance and supervision records of Utility equipment on Epic;
Responsible for formulating daily operation and maintenance work instructions for Utility equipment, spare parts plan, overhual repair plan and preventive maintenance plan (PM);
Responsible for establishing maintenance files of Utility equipment and maintenance performance analysis (KPI);
Responsible for the rapid handling of sudden failures&factory calls of Utility equipment, and prepare emergency plans for Utility equipment;
Responsible for calculating the company's energy consumption (electricity and water), and formulating effective energy conservation and emission reduction plans and continuous improvement plans;
Responsible for the company's new and renovated public equipment project submission, scheme confirmation, material purchase, installation and commissioning, and participate in the acceptance;
Responsible for the identification, evaluation and control management of environmental factors and hazard sources in the department, and monitor their operation;
Responsible for the organization and implementation of on-site 5S, TPM management, CIP projects and other activities for public equipment;
Responsible for the collection, filling and handover of relevant documents and records (written/media, etc.) of Utility facilities;
Other duties as assigned
