About The Position

This role leads a team that reviews utility filings and supports the implementation of important energy programs. It guides staff work and ensures the preparation of clear reports and orders for different audiences. As a Utility Energy And Conservation Analyst Supervisor within the Bureau of Technical Utility Services, you will perform the following duties: Team Leadership: Guide the daily efforts of analysts who review filings and prepare technical documents Program Oversight: Maintain oversight of written orders, reports, memos, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders Document Review: Evaluate submissions from utilities and consultants to support informed decision making Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear written materials for internal and external groups Project Coordination: Work with bureaus, offices, and consultants to carry out mandatory and voluntary program tasks As a leader of this team, you can be part of a passionate and fun group responsible for overseeing some of the fastest growing and most interesting topics facing the energy industry in Pennsylvania. Requirements

  • One year as a Utility Energy and Conservation Analyst 3
  • Four years of experience in the research and development of energy conservation programs, and a bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, mechanical, petroleum engineering
  • Three years of experience in the research and development of energy conservation programs, and a master’s degree in economics, mathematics, management science, business administration, or computer sciences
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Meet the PA residency requirement
  • Be able to perform essential job functions
