Utility Driver - 1st Shift

About The Position
Drives diesel-powered tractor trailer combination to transport live poultry, transport trailers of raw materials between company facilities, jockey trailers on property, and transport finished poultry products, or any combination assigned by Manager. This is a 1st shift position, starting at 6:30 am until finished.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Driver's License
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Ability to speak the English language.
- Proficient reading, writing skills, and simple mathematics.
- Excellent attendance and safety record.
- Ability to follow instructions, be very flexible and work independently.

Responsibilities
- Log in compliance to DOT regulations.
- Pre and post trip equipment.
- Operate forklift.
- Handle road situations when they occur.
