Duties include washing dishes, utensils, and cookware; cleaning floors, walls, and kitchen facilities; managing waste and recyclables; and operating kitchen machinery such as dishwashers and compactors. The role requires adherence to company policies and safety standards while supporting a positive and respectful work environment. Employees are expected to maintain professionalism, communicate effectively with staff and management, and perform assigned tasks efficiently, even in a fast-paced setting with heavy workloads.
