About The Position

This is a full-time Utility/Dishwasher position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. The role involves washing dishes, cleaning equipment and surfaces, managing waste, and assisting with inventory and transfers. The position requires adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and participation in training.

Requirements

High School graduate or GED preferred.
Basic proficiency in computer skills is required.

Responsibilities

Washes dishes by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
Sweeps, mops, cleans, and vacuums floors.
Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
Unloads trucks and puts items in appropriate storage areas.
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
Polishes silver.
May wash pots.
Attends all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training.
Complies with all Unidine policies and procedures.
Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.
Demonstrates competency in skills mandated by required education and training.
Performs other duties as assigned.
