About The Position

Krueger’s Tavern, a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving approachable comfort food and hand-crafted cocktails, is looking for utility team members. Utility team members are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen according to Thunderdome's standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group.

Requirements

• Continuous movement
• Regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity
• Auditory and visual skills
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and efficient work station
• Maintains a clean and professional appearance
• Sets up and stocks all necessary items
• Follows proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards
• Properly washes and organizes all smallwares and storage containers
• Maintains a positive and cooperative team environment
