Requirements
- Part-Time Utility Worker
Responsibilities
- Washes and sanitizes all dishes, pots and pans, and food preparation equipment.
- Empties kitchen garbage and trash.
- Maintains all equipment, walls, and floors in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Transports food carts to satellite dining rooms throughout the facility.
- Washes and sanitizes all dishes, pots and pans, food carts, and food preparation equipment.
- Empties kitchen garbage/trash and sanities containers as needed.
- Sweeps, mops, and foams kitchen floors.
- Maintains cleanliness of all walls in kitchen and serving areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of all floor mats
- Transports food carts to satellite dining rooms throughout the facility.
- Responsible for maintain the cleanliness of all food carts.
- Responsible for maintain a clean and organized dish room.
- Does regular cleaning of heavy kitchen equipment including oven and ranges.
- Assist in moving heavy equipment and furniture when needed.
- Assist in setting up buffets and special functions events.
- Acts as runner backing up food trays and dishes for buffets and special event functions.
- Assist in kitchen when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
