About The Position

Join Brock & Company as a Utility Associate in corporate dining. This role is essential for someone who likes staying active, keeping things organized, and seeing the immediate difference their work makes. You will help ensure equipment and service ware are clean and sanitized, deliveries are received and put away properly, floors and work areas stay safe, and the kitchen runs smoothly. This is hands-on work that supports the culinary team behind the scenes. Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move food, food containers, and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Wash equipment and service ware.
• Receive and distribute deliveries.
• Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room.
• Perform trash removal.
• Maintain floor maintenance.
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain food production equipment & service ware according to supervisor and cleaning schedule.
• Remove trash and waste to a determined location as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area according to supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms as instructed by supervisor.
• Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful, and friendly manner.
