About The Position
The purpose of this position is to collect utility payments and outstanding debt for utility services and assisting customers in person and by telephone. Monitor accounts; handle utility services; set up repayment plans, maintain dates and cross-train and other additional duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Over one year up to and including three years of experience
- Intermediate requirements for reading, math, and writing
- Work requires a comprehensive practical knowledge of analytical judgment and decision-making abilities appropriate to the organization's work environment
- At least 18 years of age
