About The Position

Cosentino's Sunfresh #448 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utility Clerk to support various operational needs across all shifts. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and customer service skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. The Utility Clerk is expected to perform clerical works, administrative functions, and provide administrative support while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working knowledge of data entry and record-keeping practices.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated computer literacy.

Experience with administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist with coordinating and filing documents, ensuring proper organization.
Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers.

Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by providing general administrative support.
