About The Position
The main objective is to service the existing business, both in its operations and finances, while maintaining a good relationship with current clients and establishing new clients where possible. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean and functional environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Very good communication skills
- Willingness to work assigned hours
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all basic cleaning
- Cleaning of bathrooms includes restocking toilet paper and other dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, cleaning mirrors, doors and partition walls, sweeping and mopping ceramic floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals
- Moving furniture, vacuuming, replacing furniture, emptying trash, and putting in new bags
- Checking all trash receptacles before moving them
- Cleaning includes dusting with a mop, wet mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, removing gum, dusting, picking up large items from the floor, and cleaning glass spots
- Performing additional tasks as needed, including attention to flooded areas, occasional spills, and cleaning related to trash and bathroom issues
- Restocking carts and closets at the end of each shift
