This is a 2nd shift position (1:30pm - 10pm)
Starting Pay is $19 - $20 Hourly, depending on experience.
In this role, you will perform and assist with various Clean Room functions. Perform all tasks with safety and quality in mind and in accordance with established procedures and process instructions. Take necessary action to minimize delay time and maximize production.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit superior safety practices every day.
• Extend treatment to all other employees of the Company as individuals with the courtesy and dignity shown to customers.
• Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail.
• Exercise maximum care to protect the environment by fostering and supporting responsible operating procedures.
• Strictly adhere to all Lock out tag out policies and procedures
• Assist with 5-S in the department
• Assist clean helper with daily production task. Cover breaks.
• Maintain housekeeping around each mill.
• Assist with proper identification, storage and organization of all parts including partials
• Assist production with tooling changes.
• Maintain and repair air tools.
• Maintain the outside of the department by organizing skids and dividers. Dispose of bad skids and dividers.
• Dump and remove trash from all trash cans daily.
• Obtain aerial lift and bobcat license to assist with department cleaning.
• Secure proper tools for each task.
• May need to vary breaks if something needs done while a grinder is on break
• Communicate suggestions and recommend solutions to problems to provide for an efficient operation
• Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member
• Perform other assignments as may be requested
