About The Position

The Role: You will operate CNG trucks and trailers to transport product between production buildings and local warehouse locations, ensuring efficient and reliable movement of materials. Working in a supportive team environment, you’ll complete daily vehicle inspections, communicate maintenance needs, and follow all CDL, DOT, and company safety standards while contributing to a safe and seamless production process that keeps our operations moving. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule. Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays).

Requirements

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Current and Valid Class A License & Medical Card
  • Pass all DOT requirements to drive
  • Pass CNG road test
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to various warehouse locations throughout the Ohio Region, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of products.
  • Transport product to and from production warehouses, following designated routes and schedules.
  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of all vehicles and trailers using Geotab to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Communicate any necessary repairs to the Fleet Manager to ensure equipment compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and applicable laws.
  • Adhere to all AIB, BRC Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of and comply with CDL, DOT, and all company/plant-specific safety and operational standards.
  • Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training to stay updated on safety and operational procedures.
