About The Position
The Utility Aide performs a variety of tasks and is responsible for maintaining quality, cleanliness and ongoing sanitation of all dish room and food service production areas. Washes pots, dishes and equipment. (Labor intensive requiring you to be on your feet up to 6 hours at one time) Performs all main dish-room tasks (including cart cleaning, loading/unloading dishwasher, etc.) Mop and sanitize all food prep floor areas Assist with special cleaning projects Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Wears appropriate shoes and PPE (gloves) in all food service areas to avoid injury.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- Additional languages a plus
