Utility Arborist (Aerial Worker, Groundman, Climber)
About The Position
Mint City Utility Services LLC partners with local utility providers to support safe and reliable vegetation management. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals who take pride in hard work, safety, and teamwork. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we encourage you to apply. The above roles play a key role in maintaining safe clearance around utility infrastructure. Positions include Ground Workers, Aerial Bucket Operators, and Climbers. Team members will assist with tree trimming, debris removal, equipment operation, and maintaining safe work zones.
Requirements
- Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift 25 to 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Open to applicants without a high school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Perform vegetation management around utility lines and rights-of-way
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other arborist equipment safely
- Assist with aerial lift operations or climbing tasks (depending on position)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
