Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training!

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
Assist with the removal of trash and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal.
Restock clean items to designated areas for use by kitchen and dining staff.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Support kitchen staff by helping with basic food prep or other tasks as needed.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations.
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
