About The Position

AMPORTS is a leading provider of port-based automotive and logistics services supporting customers across the United States. This position performs general maintenance on vehicles as they process through the operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic personal computer skills.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC badge

Nice To Haves

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Use jump cables on vehicles to restart.
• Charge high and low voltage cars.
• Perform tire pressure checks on cars.
• Install solar panels for car charge.
• Scan car locations.
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain solar panels.
