About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a 1st Shift Utilities/Waste Treatment Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. Provide leadership and support for all dimensions of the Utilities and Waste Treatment operations. Develop written operating procedures for Utilities and Waste Treatment processes regulatory requirements. Ensure that predictive and preventative maintenance programs are developed, monitored, and improved. Lead implementation of Lean Principles. Monitor, analyze and use new technologies/ideas to reduce energy costs/use (water, steam, electricity, compressed air and other utilities identified). Support and implement Manufacturing to a Standard. Assist engineering and engineering consultants with system upgrades and operations. Maintain and oversee Maintenance contracts and contractors. Support environmental compliance through effective management of work practices and procedures that meet regulatory standards. Ensure compliance within discharge parameters at Waste Treatment. Provide technical training and assistance to the workforce. Attend training classes / seminars as required. Parts department management. Other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience
• Mechanical background in various types of waste water, steam boiler, air handler and process chiller equipment
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Industrial electrical knowledge
• Computer skills
• Production maintenance experience
• Planning and scheduling with CMMS software
• Waste Water training
• Steam/Hot Water Boiler Safety training
• FDA(CFR21) and cGMP(current good manufacturing practices) experience
