About The Position

Enlist as a Soldier into the United States Army and as a Utilities Equipment Repairer (91C), you’ll supervise and perform maintenance on vital utilities equipment and support systems, such as air conditioners and refrigeration units, to make sure they are kept in top working condition in any environment. You’ll train to read temperature and pressure gauges, make operating adjustments to utility equipment, test for leaks, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and read and use technical manuals and diagnostic instruments. This is not a civilian contractor position. No experience necessary. Position is entry level.

92 ASVAB Score: General Maintenance (GM) OR 88 ASVAB Score: General Maintenance (GM)
85 ASVAB Score: General Technical (GT)

Responsibilities

Supervise and perform maintenance on vital utilities equipment and support systems, such as air conditioners and refrigeration units.
