About The Position

Join Fiesta Mart's Store Operations Team as a Utilities Clerk in Dallas, Texas. This role is for individuals aged 16-17 who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, love their community, and enjoy food. Requirements

Ability to read and write Spanish/English.
Ability to interact with the general public and co-workers.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department.
Assist customers on the store floor as needed.
Properly bag groceries for customers.
Carry out groceries for customers if requested.
Maintain store maintenance to ensure the store is clean and safe at all times.
Maintain and retrieve store carts.
Run price checks.
Assist with go-backs.
Assist with check stand upkeep.
Remove waste from the parking area.
