KBR is hiring highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) as a Joint Exercise Planner. An active TS/SCI clearance is MANDATORY. This role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all aspects of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), supporting the USSPACECOM Global Integration and Exercise Plans Branch, and processing force requests for various exercises. The planner will provide SME support across multiple space mission areas and coordinate with various Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Allies, and partners. Responsibilities include developing TOs for space effects, providing IMAT development support, identifying intel exercise objectives, managing the JMSEL, collecting observations for After Action Reviews (AARs), creating media and presentations, managing inputs for JMETL, coordinating assessments of Mission Essential Tasks, serving as an exercise observer/trainer/assessor, and supporting the execution of the Joint Training & Execution System. The role also involves designing and conducting space exercise events and assisting with planning conferences.
