USPS Delivery Contractor - Hodgenville, KY
About The Position
AEXP Express Corporation, a leader in Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, is seeking applicants for a mail delivery driver/mail carrier on a United States Postal Service mail route in Hodgenville, KY. This is a full-time position requiring the contractor to provide their own qualifying vehicle and work 6 days a week, Monday through Saturdays, including some federal holidays. The daily schedule involves two shifts: 8:00 am - 11:00 am and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm, totaling 5 hours or less per day. The route covers 34 miles daily (17 miles for delivery).
Requirements
- Must have legal documentation to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds
- Must be able to work and safely drive in all types of weather conditions
- Must reside in the area or neighboring town/city of Hodgenville, KY
- Must have a qualifying vehicle (LARGE Cargo Van with at least 240 cubic feet of cargo capacity & less than 5 years old) and minimum liability insurance

Responsibilities
- Sorting mail and packages in delivery sequence for active mailboxes
- Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle
- Delivering mail and packages to customer boxes along an assigned line-of-travel
- Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items
- Other administrative duties as required
Benefits
- $150/Day as a 1099 contractor (PAID MONTHLY)
