About The Position

Marcus Theatres is hiring a part-time Usher to support its movie-going experience. The role focuses on providing exceptional guest service in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-focused environment. Associates may greet and assist guests, issue tickets, direct guests, control access, sell food and beverages, recommend products and experiences, prepare and maintain theatre spaces, and help keep the facility safe and accessible. Associates follow direction from the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout the facility.
• Issue tickets, direct guests, and control access.
• Sell food and beverage items at concessions.
• Explain value and inform guests about products and experiences.
• Ensure auditoriums, seats, lobby, hallways, and restrooms are clean and ready for showtime.
• Maintain a safe and accessible facility for guests and associates.
• Follow direction from the leadership team.
