- Handle and solve any concerns and questions from guests in a helpful manor.
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all Venue guests.
- Perform functions to assist guests with purchases and ring up sales.
- Conduct physical inventory.
- Exercise good judgment in assisting guests with questions following company and department policies and procedures.
- Work with other departments as needed.
