Requirements

  • AS degree or higher in a related IT discipline and 5 years desktop/helpdesk experience
  • Administrator level knowledge/experience with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
  • Experienced with the assembly and configuration of computers from parts.
  • Can configure Android/Apple devices for corporate use.
  • Experience with printer management including supplies, applications, minor part replacement (rollers, etc…), and can maintain a support level relationship with print vendors.
  • Must be able to climb and work on ladders.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work outdoors, in high places via a Hi-Reach vehicle, to service Wi-Fi network and IP camera devices.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to travel to remote offices and job sites.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Office/O365, and Ivanti Heat (IT Ticketing system)
  • Proficient at making Ethernet patch cables
  • Installation and support experience with: Dassault Systemes Solidworks, Structureworks, Primavera (Oracle) P6, Salmon Technologies, Speclink, and MS Office 2016-2019 or similar programs.

Responsibilities

  • Display professional and courteous customer service skills to our internal customer – FINFROCK and FINFROCK Technologies employees.
  • Assist, troubleshoot, and resolve user support requests using Ivanti Heat (IT Ticketing System) pertaining to all client endpoint devices, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Build, configure, and deploy computers to employees as needed.
  • Configure and deploy tablets and laptops.
  • Deploy Android and IOS handheld devices.
  • Assist with servicing network and camera devices.
  • Assist with Cat 6 network cabling.
  • Inspect print devices weekly, clean as needed, and maintain supplies.
  • Check out a FINFROCK company vehicle and travel to job sites and remote offices when needed, including our South Florida Manufacturing Facility on occasion (as a backup to our primary person).
