Healthcare IT or EHR deployment Experience.
Demonstrated expertise in User Role Assignments and Provisioning.
Past experience with client and/or veteran/military culture.
Familiarity with Clinical workflows, User Roles, and associated Access Requirements.
Stakeholder management, reporting, and risk/issue resolution experience, and the ability to support multiple sites and/or markets simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Support planning, execution, and coordination of User Role Assignment and Provisioning for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Assist site leadership with the timely completion of provisioning activities, including data validation and processing.
Ensure end users have the required access in accordance with client processes.
Collaborate with User Role Assignment Coordinators (URACs) to ensure proper provisioning is completed in alignment with scheduled events and user role requirements.
Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables.
Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally).
Develop deep knowledge of client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carry out activities within the role’s purview.
Support the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress.
Document and escalate issues that arise during or post-deployment through proper channels for timely adjudication and resolution.
Support events and activities related to your workstream, such as Sign On Fair and Integration Validation.
