About The Position

Quadcode is a fintech company that excels in financial brokerage activities and delivers advanced financial products to its global clientele. Their flagship product is an internal trading platform, offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers. They are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join their Google Ads team of 4 professionals. This role involves working with their key product, the IQ Option trading platform, which is used by millions of users worldwide. The company manages large budgets and has a professional, young marketing team that drives key business decisions independently, relying heavily on data and deep analytics. This is a full-time role (5/2) in the EET/EEST time zone, with team syncs every Friday at 11:00. Quadcode has a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior User Acquisition Manager managing large budgets on global markets, specifically within Google Ads.
  • Successful track record of scaling iOS campaigns and a solid understanding of mobile attribution.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing web2app funnels.
  • Hardcore analytical skills: you understand mathematical statistics, make decisions exclusively on data, and can easily explain concepts like confidence intervals and p-values to the team.
  • Deep understanding of marketing incrementality.
  • Proficiency with tools like AppsFlyer and Google Analytics.
  • Native-level Russian and professional proficiency in English (B1+).

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to write code (Python, SQL) for complex marketing research, data clustering, or process automation.
  • Experience using LLMs to accelerate script writing, data parsing, and solving non-standard analytical tasks.
  • Previous experience in the fintech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Scaling and optimizing user acquisition campaigns in Google Ads with a strong focus on iOS traffic: UAC, Search, YouTube, DemandGen, PMAX.
  • Designing, testing, and optimizing app/web/web2app funnels, analyzing user journeys and conversion rates at every step.
  • Planning and executing A/B and uplift tests to measure the true incremental impact.
  • Diving deep into raw analytics: uncovering hidden patterns, identifying growth opportunities, building hypotheses, and defending them to the team.
  • Managing creatives and collaborating closely with our in-house motion designers and analytics teams to align strategies.
  • Taking ownership of ad budgets and allocating them strictly based on data-driven models and goals.
