An established automotive group is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow the pre-owned vehicle operation at a successful dealership in the Oklahoma City/Edmond market. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive professional who has a track record of increasing used vehicle sales, developing high-performing teams, and driving dealership profitability.
Requirements
- Previous Used Car Manager experience is required
- Proven success managing a high-performing used vehicle department
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Ability to manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, gross profit management, and performance reporting
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle sales department
- Drive used vehicle sales volume, profitability, and inventory turn
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales staff
- Monitor and improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics
- Work closely with inventory acquisition and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
