Requirements

Experience in used vehicle buying, appraisal, or inventory management within automotive
Strong understanding of market trends, vAuto/valuation tools, and auction processes
A competitive mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
Ability to analyze data and make fast, profitable decisions
Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
Desire to grow into a leadership role
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Acquire used vehicle inventory through auctions, service drive, trade-ins, and private party purchases
Utilize market data, inventory turn, and pricing tools to make strategic buying decisions
Accurately appraise vehicles and identify profit opportunities
Partner closely with Sales and Service teams to align inventory with demand
Manage inventory mix, aging units, and reconditioning flow to drive performance
Build strong relationships with auction partners and internal teams
