About The Position

We're looking for a Used Truck Service Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact between technicians, service locations, and our Regional Used Truck Managers (RUTMs). In this role, you'll help keep repairs moving, provide repair estimates for both parts and service labor, coordinate approvals, and ensure repair orders are processed efficiently from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience in truck, trailer, heavy equipment, automotive, diesel, parts, or service operations.
• Understanding of repair processes and service workflow.
• Ability to develop labor and parts estimates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with employees and locations across multiple states.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Service Advisor, Fleet Maintenance, Dealership, Shop Administration, or Repair Coordination experience.
• Heavy-duty truck and trailer knowledge.
• Parts sourcing and labor estimating experience.
• DMS (Dealer Management System) experience.
• Diagnostic knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Open, manage, and close repair orders.
• Communicate with technicians and service teams across multiple states.
• Create repair estimates and obtain approvals from Regional Used Truck Managers.
• Research parts availability, pricing, and labor requirements.
• Prepare quotes and cost estimates using company resources.
• Track repair progress and help keep work flowing efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and service documentation.
• Prepare weekly reports and updates.
• Support initiatives that improve consistency, cost control, and service performance.
