About The Position

Dealership: L0146 Lithia Chevrolet GMC of Helena Lithia Chevrolet GMC of Helena Used Car Technician Pay Range: $25.00–$35.00 Flat Rate Hour (DOE) Service Department Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM - Saturday; 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Experience Required: Prior automotive experience required, basic tools. Requirements

Prior automotive experience required
Basic tools
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Strong willingness to learn and grow is essential
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service

Nice To Haves

ASE certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and inspections.
Utilize diagnostic equipment to ensure quick and accurate problem identification.
Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about maintenance and repair needs and procedures.
Stay up to date with automotive technology and techniques through continuous learning and training.
