Requirements
- Experience as an automotive technician (ASE certifications = major bonus points)
- Passion for all things cars and customer service
- Subaru experience is a strong plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on used vehicles in accordance with factory standards
- Utilize Subaru service information systems and diagnostic equipment
- Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly document findings
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
- Maintain productivity and efficiency goals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership procedures
